Our principal lawyer, Joel Carroll has over a decade of experience acting for local Councils, developers, and as a
developer himself. Joel has acted as panel lawyer for both Mornington Peninsula Shire and Frankston City Council. We
are in a unique position to offer experience from the perspective of the developer and Council in all relevant planning
matters from feasibility to planning applications, objections and disputes.
